Who's fault is this one: Bush/Cheney, Haliburton, global warming, big pharma, or the military/industrial complex? Can't forget the Freemasons!
On Gays see repeal as a civil rights milestone
Posted on December 19 at 1:52 p.m. ( Suggest removal )
The was a milestone only for Al-Queda and the Taliban. Forces of radical, fundamentalist, fascist, Islam. You don't think that they won't target openly gay members more viciously and torture them horribly? Worse yet, as our forces become more comfortable with the new team and the obvious bonds are built, you don't think that the enemy will exploit gay/lesbian soldiers worse than they already do seeing how they are "cleansing the earth of the infidel?" The American bigots aside in this argument, all this repeal did was make us weaker in mind to battle a ruthless enemy who will give no quarter. You can be against this repeal and not be a bigot; you can still love your neighbor and your country and want the best for both. But we have no neighbors to love as ourselves without our national safety.

If they do not delist the grey wolves, the whitetail deer and dairy cow will be next on the endangered list. Maybe that is Cass Sunstein's intent??? Sacrifice the food supply to eliminate hunting???? I can see this administration doing that.

On Vote-suppression scheme alleged

Truth: John Sharpless was crushing Tammy Baldwin with most of Dane and the city of Madison reporting. Suddenly the campus vote came in and the numbers swung. Problem: There were/are not enough voters on that campus who were legal to vote in Wisconsin to make that much of a swing. Solution: Democratic AG Doyle concludes there was no fraud or irregularity....Fraud abounds on the Isthmus. Sharpless should have been our congressman in 2004.

I wish DuWayne Severson would NOT have apologized! He did not owe an apology to anyone. Because of the political correctness police monitoring our every word, no one can ask a question anymore, make a criticism, or express an opinion. My FFA teacher was a farm kid growing up, he did it because he loved it and helped us all out. Now this is just another chip and pawn move for the communist teacher's unions. Severson, don't back down, retract your apology!

no garyprimer, it is the criminal with the gun that is bad for your health. the bullet is just an object they could use. are knives, bats, axes, swords, cars, trucks, and ballpoint pens bad for your health? or do they become bad when a person with bad intent uses them? i go with the latter.

Barrett is a referendum on Doyle, and by default a referendum on Feingold, Pelosi, Reid, and Obama. My guess is he has a government appointment lined up after he loses.

On Should state allow cougar shooting?
Posted on January 26 at 8:03 p.m. ( Suggest removal )
This should be expanded to allow hunters to protect their hunting dogs against attack from big cats as well. Currently there are bird and coon hunters who have had to watch in horror as wolves attack their animals in northern Wisconsin. Legally they cannot protect their animals, but can only shoot a wolf if it poses a threat to themself or another human. Since that is a federal restriction, I would hope that a new pro-common sense approach in state government (i.e. REPUBLICAN) prevails in the cougar issue.
