WE ARE KNOW AS THE CITY OF PARKS NOT WEED FIELDS.INSTEAD OF OVER PAYING CITY WORKERS FOR DRIVING AROUND GIVE THEM SOMETHING TO DO.FEEL MORE PEOPLE USE PARKS INSTEAD OF 3 OR 4 FESTIVALS AT TALLMAN HOUSE.
