On Evansville police officer dies

Art will be so missed in this community. He was a huge part of Evansville. Everyone will miss his warming smile. I don't think I have ever heard him say a negative thing about anyone. The EPD will never ever be the same. No one will ever fill Art's shoes. Our condolences to his wife and all his family.
