Pack - did you not read the article? This robot does not function independently, it must be controlled by a physician. Therefore, it does not make healthcare workers obsolete. Sounds to me that purchasing this new equipment IS really about improved patient care. Way to go Mercy!

cabinfever: Very well said and exactly my point. Just pay for your services and you will be seen.

Mercy does not turn you away if you do not have insurance. You just have to pay for the services. You cannot expect to get care for free. Where else can you walk in, receive services and walk out without paying? Come on now.

On Kindle has my nose buried in books

I just recently got a Kindle and was very leery about it since I am an avid reader. I was surprised that it was very easy to read (no glare). You can change the font size, the space in between lines and even have it read the book to you (on supported books). I also like to read before I go to bed and had a hard time holding the books (hands and wrists would get sore). The Kindle is extremely light and easy to hold. I downloaded some free games also! The only downside I see is that my family likes to exchange books when we are finished reading them. Unless the other family members have a Kindle, you can no longer share books.
