Wislady (and anyone else that didn't obviously read the above)....I think it clearly states in the article that they are targeting Wisconsin residents and students that are attending the game. Therefore I think they would have an address, etc since the ARE residents!

I've been going to school full time, looking for work in ALL of my spare time, and still nothing! I've lost my house, sold just about everything I owned, and am now relying on my parents help for my basic needs. I apply for ANYTHING that I am even remotely qualified for. When I go to bed at night I have the added stress of the holidays coming, and how I'm going to make 100.00 last three months til I get my next infusion of student loan money that I have no idea how I'm going to repay. So I get back up and look for work when I can't sleep! BTW, YES I HAVE applied at McDonald's, Staples, etc. ANYTHING would be better than what I have now. (It didn't help that I went through a divorce with all of this too). Congrats to all of those that are lucky enough to have a job, but for some of us we still have ZERO options. I also moved out of Janesville in hopes of a better job market, but still nothing!

A complete joke! There aren't many jobs out there, PERIOD! My unemployment cut off back in July. Even though I'm in school I've been looking for a job for well over a year. Lost my house, filed bankruptcy, and I finally had to move back with my parents at 40 years old til I can find ANYTHING. I've even applied at McDonalds with no luck! The numbers AREN'T getting better, it is definitely political.

I for one think he should be held to a higher degree of responsibility for his actions. He was the police chief!! He should know better. Any other person in that situation would have had more charges from the JPD (I know from experience). I have nothing against the man, just saying everything should be equal. That past experience basically destroyed a family.(also a personal family dispute) The individual had no prior criminal history, and never got to speak their side of the story. From what I read about this story, he should have also been charged with endangering the safety of a child, and criminal damage to property with a domestic rider. He already got off easy IMO.

Well, Walker is getting help from Gov. Quinn in IL. I know of one company that just built a brand new building just a couple years ago in IL. They recently moved out of Illinois and into WI.

I think the idea is that the idea of water parks was "born" in the Dells. Gotta like channels like Discovery and History.
