GOOD LUCK!

Is she asking for anyone's sympathy? No she is telling it like it is and IMO showing that she is thankful for the alternative. I for one give her credit for putting herself out there with a target on her back for all of you(perfect "I've never had lapses in judgement or problems people" to take a shot at her.

On Woodbridge to end operation of auto seats in April

Posted on February 5 at 3:54 p.m. ( Suggest removal )

Please this blame game is getting very old. If the moon didn't rise or sun didn't set someone here would try to link it to GM.(Pssst I didn't work there nor did anyone of my family so I am unbiased) Get over the blame game. It is my understanding that Brodhead Woodbridge supplied very little product to GM. Our economy stinks period and in todays society everything is affected. Similar to the food chain. Blaming and pointing fingers helps no one.
To the person who said "Brodhead will just dry up and blow away" My response to you is when was the last time you were in Brodhead?
Kuhn is building and expanding and employs more locals than Woodbridge did and many many citizens are commuters. That is nothing at all against Woodbridge. Woodbridge is/was good for Brodhead and was very generous/supportive to the local organizations. They are/were a company truly a part of the community that will be sadly missed. Good Luck to the 60 people who will now become displaced workers!

What a great game! Brodhead played their hearts out. Too bad the Evansville coach couldn't give Brodhead any credit instead "we didn't finish"

Did I read this right? "Uptegraw's mother, Cynthia, testified that her daughter was a good parent who never would hurt her children. Even so, she said she still felt she needed to supervise her daughter around the kids."

HUH????? If she is a good parent why did her mother feel the need to superviser her around her own children. Sounds like Amy has more involvement in this and is trying to save her skin. Don't get me wrong I don't think either of them are fit to parent a gold fish let alone innocent children.

Sad sad season from the dissing of Farve to the week to week less than stellar performance of the Packers. Hey but Rogers has a good passer rating! But it means nothing if you can't WIN!

What an inspiring family! Thank you to everyone who assisted and participated in helping each year to raise these funds! I loved Lutherdale Bible Camp when I was a kid for several years, now perhaps some kids who might not be able to afford the camp fees can experience one of Hailey's and my favorite places!

On Brodhead city clerk to serve suspension

Posted on December 15 at 2:52 p.m. ( Suggest removal )

I personally don't believe that just because a person has a neat office that they are more competent in their job. Many people file away everything but never remember where they've put it. BUT this city clerk's office gives a whole new meaning to the work cluttered! This is a long time coming! Shame on the city council for allowing it to go on this long. As a person who supervises many people this situation reflects poorly on her superiors. She should have never been allowed to continue the habit when they moved into the new building. I remember when the city of Brodhead was trying to convince citizens of the need of a new city hall and one of the reasons was that there wasn't enough space. Tours were given and this city clerk's cluttered office was shown as an example.
