The one thing I hate about being a landlord is to know how hard I work and how lazy some people are. Free housing...free food...free power.I have a young lady that has been renting from me for three years and has never worked a day in that time...trust me her big butt ain't starving! btw...she just got a new car...I don't feel sorry for anyone that can work but just don't want to.

So every time the trash bin breaks I have to buy a new one at the cost of fifty eight dollars? Better be chaining them up!..When a renter moves out they can screw the landlord out of a quick 118...I know I have all ready bought about 20 of the old bins.

Wasn't the city just talking about a trash pickup fee? How much will it cost to replace one when the snowplows smash them?..Hey Janesville! reduce your budget...can this stupid idea! now layoff the moron that thinks we want to pay for this!...every other day day I am reading about how we need to look for things to cut....this sounds like a perfect place to start.

Did I read this right? If the value of your house went up 5% and the levy went up 2.43% how can your taxes drop from 955 to 946? and the spending went up 500,000....can somebody explain it to me pls?

I am glad that the owners of one park place tore down the app. just to make a point. This city is ruining peoples lives!How do you think it affected ones family when they tore down the case feed building? Now they are going threw the target areas and making "inprovements" They are putting guns to peoples heads and saying...Put a new roof on your house or we will fine you everyday untell you do..If it is a rental house the tenant can't pull a permit because he don't own the house and the owner can't pull a permit because he don't live there.I'm really thinking about not paying the taxes that they are going to raise and letting them have it....that's what they want....you win..I loose...thanks Janesville...from my whole family.
