I agree with the jokers comment. I also work with a person that makes about the same amount as me and because see is not married and has five kids see is getting close to $15000 return. She also gets food stamps,rent paid and power bill help. It's just not fair that we reward people for popping out kids and everyone else has to pay for them!!!

They already do inspections..If a tenant calls the city and complains they will contact the landlord and to set up a time and look at it. I have many rentals in Janesville and have been twice charged fees because my tenants were driving cars with expired plates! Not a joke it goes right on my tax bill and there is noting I can do about it. So after raising garbage collection fees why don't the city just come in my house and steal my T.V.

When ever someone asks the question "what does anyone need a thirty round clip for" I just ask them if they remember watching the la riots on the news. Where was your police and your government when L.A. was burning? I can remember when shop owners were standing on there roofs with AK 47s to protect themselfs. Now someone please tell me I'm paranoid and something like that can never happen again? Come on people do we really need more laws? The twin towers were brought down with box cutters! It's another way to tax the middle class. I bet my bottom dollar that part of the plan is to add a tax on ammo sales or raise the fee for back ground checks...MARK MY WORDS!

Back ground checks are required for all gun sale being done by all gun dealers. A three day waiting period is required on all handguns bought. If I remember right the waiting period law was passed mainly because of some act done that was all over the media just like what is going on now. I can remember when it happened but can't remember all the facts but it has the same felling as it does now...Wake up people they are taking are rights a piece at a time!

and_80 That is easy..just change the law. That's what they are doing. And btw. the limit is not .08 you can be charged with less then that. That is why when you read about the repeat offenders in the paper it says twice the limit or three times the limit. If you got two dui's back as far as 93 your limit is now .04..three and your limit is .02..Not alot of people know that and they get a fourth dui with a .06....three times the limit!....They should hang him!...three times the limit...four years prison!....what a joke...child molesters get less time!
