Thanks for the article! Brought back some great memories!! SuperDave: A dry-bar was a place they set up for teenagers to 'hang out'. They usually had a good DJ and didn't serve alcohol. For awhile, some schools took turns hosting them and a couple places actually tried to run a business doing it. It was fun to hang out,meet kids from different schools,etc. but they were busy for awhile then everyone just stopped going when the novelty wore off.
