yes the comments are true , as i have only been in janesville a short time . when i needed the services of rock county i was treated as a burden just for asking a question , and i was told that if i could`nt afford the "service fee" that my animal would be destroyed, and my its brain harvested for research. im sure that alot of animals die there for the same reason which would serve no purpose, im glad that i could afford to pay however but to keep a crass and insensitive state worker with a mindless task , other than my obligation to pay taxes, i would have no part in creating a paycheck for the behavior of the woman that spoke to me at the rock county humane society, she should`nt even be allowed to tend to dead people.....its horrible dealing with people sometimes..... no wonder people love pets....

kimberly should be fired,or spayed. that is one sad sack of a person, i was told if i didnt pay a quarantine kennel charge,my dogs brain would be harvested and sent to madison , i wanted to tell her to go to hell!, so i paid $400 out of this area to a spa kennel to make my dogs facial hair look better than hers and show her we`re not second class that go to janesville humane society i could have used that money to help the homeless animals there,so great job kimberly see ya at charity time, then we see who needs who....

This whole ccw thing is gonna backfire on the citizens of wi more murders just like michigan(think detroit) has it really gotten any safer? lol! I dont think so and to not have rules to play by means lawlessness will run rampant. four hours to teach safety regarding a force that can extinguish a human life at the pull of a lever really? guess clay targets and posters arent good enough anymore now everybody wants to be an action hero, if your kid has an altercation with a uneducated ccw holder and is killed and the uneducated ccw carrier is fined instead of taught ,then it wont feel so bad at the funeral
