I was in the 4th grade at Roosevelt Elementary School, the whole class was watching because of the teacher...I will never forget that day, seeing President Reagan come on the TV to talk about what had happened. Something i will never forget.

There are some no kill shelters out there..it might be in the kitties best interest for you to just try and find a place to take him before the winter arrives and he freezes or starves.
