I was aware of innappropriate behavior by Casper, but no one would investigate it. I've been denied filing a police report several times. It seems the fewer police records Milton has, the easier to promote itself as a safe town.

My mom's credit card was stolen. The perpetrator used it about 50 times. They know who he is, and they have video of him using it at the gas stations he went to. When we found out who he was, he started harassing her granddaughter and also posted death threats on her myspace. He was never even given a ticket.

I was incarcerated for an overdue library book. I didn't check it out, didn't know it was overdue due to a postal problem and the library not mentioning it the 6 months I visitied before I got an notice to the address on my driver's license and paid for the book in full, then I was fined $440 for theft. I couldn't pay the fine being a single mother of 3 and a grandchild. Think of that when you look up how many sex offenders are living in your area! Oh, the book was still in the library the next time I visited.

The Fireball is why I go. It's my all time favorite carnival ride!!
I also like the incredible variety of chickens, rabbits, oh and food. The Rock County Fair is my favorite annual event!!
