In the summer, I rarely use drive-up windows. I'll even find parking spots a little further out. In this type of weather? No way! I'm a wimp. I'll use the drive-up every time and circle the parking lot 10 times to find the closest spot. It isn't a matter of being in a hurry or even convenience. It is a matter of HATING the cold and being a wimp! :)

How you look and present yourself when asking for an application is equally important.
If you come in asking for an application with your face mimicking a tackle box, your underwear hanging out, your kids screaming in a stroller or running around like wild banshees or if you answer your cell while asking ME for a JOB....I'm pretty likely to tell you we are not hiring.

Mgcarguy: trust me...when you get a 50k car for free, it doesn't matter the color. I think you'll be safe on the blue dye job: just be sure your earring is on the "correct" side.
Steve: I'm guilty of the same thing. When a woman comes in my store, I do a quick read. If I get the vibe the don't know what they are looking for, I lead them around like a little kid. One woman, while wearing a Packer shirt, asked "who's the Packers big guy? Aaron something?" Me: Aaron Rodgers? Her: "I guess. He's their what?" Me: QUARTERBACK? Her: "yeah. I guess so. What's his number? Is he good?" ..... I should have sold her a Bears piece just out of spite.
