I have worked for Waste Manegement in the past. Despite what somemay think, this is not a very easy job to say the least. In addition, WM has the additude toward thier employees " there is no one who isn't replacable". It is very difficult to have a positive attitude that work enviroment. These men/women work very hard. WM is very safety conciencious which is fine, but they make the routes unreasonably long for their drivers. They actually have people follow you on your route to make sure you dont do anything wrong. These employees dont want to die in thier trucks (which are all in very poor shape) but they don't want to live them in them either. I am on the side with the workers. WM had a high enough turnover rate as it was, there is no way they can replace everyone. It will cost a fortune in training/accidents. Hang in there guys, they will have to settle!!!

clouds555 and biggirl: my guess is that you know nothing about hunting. my husband and i have donated 1 to 2 deer each year to the pantry. he loves to hunt, but we simply cannot eat it all. each deer donated goes through testing. same as hamburger from a cow. if i donated a cow to the poor, would you be as inclined to complain about that? cows can be diseased too knuckleheads.

I agree that the 4x100 relay was one of the best olympic moments in history! The only one that was better was the girls gymnastics winning team gold in 96!

I have been an evansville resident for about 15 years now and have 4 children in the school district. I attend many of the football games and have heard both sides of this story. I do believe that this happened based on all of the stories I have heard about Grovesteen. My son attended football camp and all he could talk about is how mean Grovesteen is. I really do feel most of this could have been handled immediately if not for Heidi Carvin. I have said before on this site that she is the downfall of our district. It makes me sick to know that my tax money is paying her salary. What a waste.

my husband is a correctional officer and co-worker to dale. We are in total shock over his death. He was truly a great person and are thoughts and prayers go out to hannah and trevor and the whole bryant family. He will be missed forever.

I know for a fact that Croft just got out of jail not long ago. Not sure of charges on that one. She must like jail food.
