Okay, I'm blonde so maybe I'm not seeing the difference between this and Ccap? Aren't arrests already read in to the cases? Whether they're charged or not?
Another question in the public records it lists one or two arrests everyday, who decides whether it's listed in the paper or not? After viewing that site there is certainly more than one or two arrests made a day.

My daughter always has her phone on her while in school. I feel safer knowing that she can get hold of me asap if need be. She's a senior at Craig and they had "threats" there today, I wouldn't have known had it not been her texting me to tell me.

I don't do drugs. I would never allow my children around drugs. However, Legalize marijuana, tax the hell out of it. There goes over population in jails, the economy would get better. As for it being the gateway drug for everything else? I don't buy that. I think people that are doing other drugs would be doing them regardless.

His defense is going to be he is bipolar. Doesn't that seem like the new 'hip' thing. Nobody can have emotions anymore without being declared something. He knew what he was doing. Bipolar people do things without thinking of the consequences or without thinking about it. He took the gun with him. He knew what he was going to do. That is premeditated. He will get off with a slap on the wrist because some deranged pyschotherapist will plead on his behalf while making us foot the bill for his food, housing, and court appearances. Lucky us. We have a boy!!!
