staceyt-did you not know the conditions of plant life before you signed up?? There are plenty of jobs out there with poor conditions. I wish the only problem I had to complain about at my place of employment was when I could pee.
There are alot of people in and around Janesville that are going to lose their jobs because of the changes at GM. Most of them will walk away with nothing more than unemployment benefits.

GM employees have been paid too much for too long. GM must make some changes or they will not only close the Janesville plant, but many others. Take the buy outs, go back to school.
