Really it's part of the seasonal thing guys. Sidewalks are being installed and things like that. Let's not jump up and down for joy just yet.
We have a long way to go to make up the jobs that have been lost over the last year. That means he still has a lot to go and, once again, HE did not create these jobs.

Still wearing the blinders wislady and drtalk? Tell your sob stories to the 440 or more people who lost their homes since january and those who still can't find a job. I'm lucky, I just got one after 8 mths unemployed. Not much for pay tho. Definatly not what I used to make. But his policies are working? Not so much I think. I don't think they care. This must bring in a whole few thousand a year in profit but our streets go unrepaired. But it's okay because our residents will fix their gm/chevey balljoints when they go back to work.

That is correct, he stole the money. No matter how it's twisted it was designated for the homeowner, not the state as a whole. Plus the fact that he said he had a balanced budget by cutting all those cuts and still has a deficit of 148 million dollars. Lovely. Let's see him twist this tune. He's a lair and a cheat. JUST anounced on news 3 100 jobs lost in Madison today wipes out the concrete jobs of earlier. Still think we're adding jobs? Look again.
