On Sen. Cullen unveils alternative mining bill

Good luck Sen Cullen. While mining may in fact be good for economic growth and essential to forward the human race. The Republicans are only listening to those that donate to thier relection accounts. Unlike you, that understands that every argument has two sides, they do not.

Its alway easier to spend somone elses money. Shame on the school board for approving pay raises. Pay cuts are in order like the rest of the working world. I do not buy the "we have to pay the prevailing wage or they will leave" theory. Let them go, plenty of others willing to do it for less.
On Why does Milton Board President want Gazette to stop investigating?

Keep up the good work Gazette and Courier. Rob Roy and the rest of his bunch need to come clean. Resign now and save face. Quit wasting our tax dollars. I was taught to be the bigger person and admit when I was wrong. You have lost all respect of your peers.

On Milton Superintendent Garrow to get paid leave

The taxpayers are owed the the truth. Not some BS. If the this is a morality issue, what two consenting adults do on their own time is their own business. garrow was hired to do a job. The Milton School Board is not judge and jury. Stop entering in to no disclosure contracts with contract employees. Mr Garrow..own up, be a man (General P. did it) apoligize and move on. School Board..mind your own business. your not the morality police. Unless there is a crime involved. Pretty sick of people who get on the school board and cost taxpayers money because they don't look before they leap

Westorbust..you hit the nail on the head. The seperation of the classes is becoming more evident everyday. The solution is not to continue to reward the rich...my buying power has been diminished. In order for the upper class to survive and remain wealthy they must share with the worker, or we will digress further and it will be the demise of us all. Its already happening in the European and Middle east regions. With double digit unemployment and rioting in the streets and the rich cringing in their houses. We are headed in the same direction. Greed has ruined many empires over the centuries. Will that be Americas fate as well?

Next thing they will want health insurance and a pension. I think we could save a few bucks and get rid of the mayor system.

On Milton City Council to spend $156,000 on police department/city hall plan
Posted on March 22 at 9:17 a.m. ( Suggest removal )
Spend Spend Spend, we hire a Police Chief, he takes the Job as City Administrator, so we get a new Police Station. and low and behold a new City Hall rises from the dust. I own a small business, looking for a place to expand, City of Milton, no help, no idea, no knowledge of vacant or available properties. So I looked around, I currently have offers from three northern cities in Wisconsin, They have available properties, money to loan and would love to welcome a small company. Milton...ZERO help. But hey, looks like your getting a new City Hall. I think we need a new City Adminstration that will look out for the good of all the people, not one that thinks he needs a new office.
