It's not if you win or lose, it's how you've played the game. You've fought the good fight in your battle with cancer, and you never gave up. Your courage and bravery throughout that battle is an inspiration to us all. You're in my thoughts and prayers. God bless.

On Sheriff's department vehicle in accident

Just to clear up a misconception from Mymaro's comment...
The Wisconsin State Patrol investigated this accident and ticketed the 16-year-old driver, not the Walworth County Sheriff's Department.
