On Ex-Steeler a safety net

i am really looking forward to watching my favorite football team kick some n.f.l. ass this season . i really also hope thst the new defensive system will work. last season their defense looked tired and lost their steam the last 6 to 7 games. In my opoion Rodgers was very sharp and accurate. But like I stated their defense looked tired and wore out. So i hope the packers have managed to fix most of that problem . lthogh i HAVE a question. HOW BIG OF A CHANGE IS IT TO GO FROM A 4-3 DEFENSE TO A 3-4?. What has to happen for change to take place.
