This is good information, and here's a bit more: The Alzheimer's Support Center is a non-profit organization that has been serving Rock County for nearly 10 years. I have used these services in the past and am employed by the organization now. Staff has over 47 years of combined experience in hands-on caregiving, resource referral, support group facilitation, case management, assisted living, nursing home & hospice work, and providing caregiver education. Free one-on-one consultations are a cornerstone of what we do.
