If you people would stop electing McIntyre maybe he would move away. Try it once and see.

He already holds two jobs: village idiot and town drunk.

How can McIntyre know what goes on in the local grocery store. He never shops there. He drinks his meals.

On Edgerton city hall vote challenged

This is a waste of time.
It passed. The voters spoke. How votes could be changed on a one issue ballot with a yes or no vote?
I heard the "old Mayor" has something to do with the recount. Typical behaviour from the town idiot.

On Edgerton voters approve city hall referendum

The Depot restoration was covered by 80% grants and saved a building that was falling down.
The City is not building the hospital, the hospital is.
The library was added on to after a referendum passed by the voters.
What did the old mayor do except take credit for things he had no part in?

On Committee chooses site for new city hall in Edgerton

Why buy and tear down a building when the city owns the lot across the street that's empty. That is where the committee decided to build.
How much more central can you get?

On Edgerton won't reduce liquor licenses

Lydia is right. As someone from outside the city who has ties there, this is the perception of Tavern Town. Local families who fight to the death for their right to drink in as many bars as they can. Wake up, there is a problem here!!

For old Tavern Town it is a miracle..a nice bar, not a dump.
What is incredibly short sighted is to think that other business's want to open up in an area that is 25% taverns.
Time to try something different....
No, that would be change and change is not good..change bad.

Another win for the good 'ole boys in Tavern Town.
Maybe they should change the ordinance to REQUIRE a bar every 20 feet....oh.. sorry.. that's what they have now.
Nothing will ever change there.
