Bill5351 - you haven't been paying attention. Obamacare is so expensive and such a trainwreck that the unions want out. In fact, unions representing 543,812 workers received exemptions from Obamacare.

The 40 work week was the idea of Henry Ford, and implemented by the company in 1922. Along with doubling daily pay, Ford provided other worker benefits to allow a decent living, including providing suitable rest, was his thinking.

The great teacher shortage predicted by Janesvillean and others after Act 10 has not to come to pass. There is still a waiting list of applications. It's still a good job with nice perks. Unfortunately, the best teachers are still stuck in an institutionalized system wholly ineffective for teaching our children.

Liberal democrats dislike the topic of poverty. The top 10 cities with the highest poverty rates have been continually run by Democrats since 1950. Milwaukee hasn't had a Republican mayor since 1908.

The liberal "solution" to poverty is to increase taxes and spend more on food stamps. They have no idea how economies work. They dislike the topic because the more they do what they want, the worse poverty becomes.
