Momof5 that is an interesting idea. But nothing is going to work for people if they don't want to better themselves. My husband grew up with and has known the drunk driver his whole life. He was in prison for two years and has been out for about two. He has lost everything in his life that was good from his addictions and he had promised he had changed. Sorry to say we had both been waiting for this day. Some people can't handle life and drag everyone down with them. God bless the family affected by his problems.

The riverfront location is contaminated from the flood and has a history of vermin infestation. Sounds like a great spot for a foodservice operation. I believe he should keep looking.
