On Former nurse explains powers of being positive

Wiskitty- not only was Liz talking about the patients, she was talking about the co-workers. Thank goodness for the patients. As a nurse, I can't believe the way we treat each other. If it weren't for the patients, I would be in a different profession. Nurses "eating their young" is the understated truth of the century. I wish management here would tell the growly staff to 'shut up and eat a cookie', and possibly take their own advice.

Listen "truecitizen"...you need to be watchful of what you say without knowing the whole story. How dare you imply that this is a result of poor decision making on the part of the victim?!? Stacey was a college educated woman with multiple degrees. She was a wonderful, church going human being. She was a registered nurse, and was truly gifted at the art of caring for her patients, and...she was one of the most responsible people that I have ever met. She was a daughter, a mother, and a friend. Her family meant more to her than you could possibly ever understand. When she realized what kind of person she had been dealing with, she chose to end the relationship. Unfortunately it did not help. No, she definately did not choose this.

Stacey was a friend of mine and also a coworker. This is an absolute travesty. What kind of human being can take another person's life? And then try to take his own? COWARD! If he was going to attempt to take his own life, then he should have done just that and left Stacey and Brandon alone. Now, we are grieving the loss of a very special person. Something we will not soon get over. And what's worse- she had 2 beuatiful children who don't have a mom anymore.
