On Janesville School Board looks at year-round school

I think this would be an excellent idea for year round school and have smaller breaks in between. When thinking about summer school, I think it should not be called summer school, but a different name during the summer months. I also think this would be a good idea to get more community resources and school district collaboration efforts to be an advantage for all who are involved in educating our children!!!!!!

I don't get it, why is the school board going to raise our taxes and cut the budget at the same time?! The school board and the city council continue to raise taxes and the community - we the people will NOT BE ABLE TO PAY OUR TAXES!!!!!

frogger - I agree with on having a sleep patterns. Regular bed time schedule should have started loooong before they hit the teenage years. Curfew is curfew at my house!!!!! Some of these public research, I think is full of misrepresentation and not valid. Researchers sure DO NOT come and ask me for my opinion about these topics and education.

She did not want to move and I had a c-section. About four hours later, we had a tornedo touch down on I90. We will not forgot that day!!!!!!

I truly like reading this blog in Mommyville. Sometimes it is not our children who are moody to the weather, I think it is the adults in the house(husbands???!!!! who act crabbier then our children) I would think it is more cabin fever in the winters then the summer fall or even spring.

I wonder why MATC is boycotting AZ? Maybe the MATC Board members are employing illegals in their rich and fancy homes as we speak.

On What should we make of anti-teacher fliers?
Posted on May 23 at 2:13 p.m. ( Suggest removal )
These fliers were probably donated by all of Walkers out of state donations that he has been collecting....I think Walker and his administration is "RADICAL" not conservative thinking here. Attacking our teachers has been SHAMEFUL - ALL LONG!!!! Why do we need some governer who is lying and cheating our state...? All Walker is doing is hurting our children by spreading lies and cheating...
