I am always amused by the people that say Janesville doesn't need any more bars. If the bar isn't patronized...doesn't make money and has to close, or closes due to problems, then it probably wasn't "needed". Your opinion that Janesville has enough bars is just that, YOUR opinion JUSTME46.

If I am being attacked, I will use any pepper spray. I don't care if it is legal or not. I can see myself in court being brought up on charges of using illegal pepper spray on an attacker......really??? If I am able to be in court to talk about it, it is worth it.
