The Gazette made it sound odd, Nathan is a car salesman here in Janesville, and he was born in Galena. People that live in the 4th ward know that the neighborhood is getting better all the time, and with Nathan we will get the bad houses fixed up too. Nathan is ready to buy his next house (In the 4th ward Nathan!!) and start his next project, sorry to the rest of Janesville but Nathan is ours and the 4th ward is keeping him :o)

I think Rick Donahue was not so much targeted as he was used as an example in this article. Why was he used and not another landlord? Because he is such a huge codes violater and he is taking advantage of the section 8 program. If he wasn't a problem for his tenants and for the neighbors, which results in so many calls that he is a problem to the City of Janesville and Janesville Police Department, he would not of been used. He is a problem landlord and needs to realize that we as neighbors won't put up with it, that is why there are so many Police calls :o)

JREwing78 - Nathan doesn't sit around much, the day after signing for the house he was out side tearing off the siding to see what was underneath, he is a hard worker and what he can't do he seems to know someone that can do it. What is so great with Nathan is that he loves taking the worst house he can find and restoring it to a beautiful home, all while being a wonderful person and great neighbor :o)

Walker moves forward by telling lies, that is all that has come out of his mouth since he took office. If, and that is a big if, he has told anything true, we can't believe him because of all the lies making us so skeptical.

I don't think it is so much that there was no interest the past 30 years as it is that people have more knowledge of what to do if there is a problem and the city is making it easier to report those problems. When we bought our house about 17 years ago we had no idea what to do about problem neighbors, now we do know and report them.
