On Two face robbery, battery charges

Unfortunately, kids make poor choices even with "good" parenting. Have to agree with etown. In order for these kids to be held accountable we would need probation, DA and judge that believe in holding kids accountable instead of sending them letters scolding them or putting them in groups and giving them prizes. Probably explains why they want to now close the detention center.
