I think it is a very good start, I think they should explore a regional mass transit system, Janesville, Beloit, Milton, etc. One way for the Southern Wisconsin area to get back on the road to recovery would be an efficent mass transit system, if workers had a inexpensive, realible way to get back and forth to work it would benifit both sides, employee, and employers, It would also help bring in new buinesses in, mass transit works, I know I live here In Madison and we have a very good bus system, I do not need to own a car

to Islandsinthesky and other miss imformed people, I have worked on Dairy farms for a very large portion of my life, I am 54 years old, please let me tell you some pertinate facts, (1) cows are creatures of habit, the do not think like humans, they just want to be comfortable, if they are un-comfortable they will be stressed out and they will not produce milk, (2) cows like any other livestock are very expensive, like any other business man they will do whatever it takes to protect their investment, that is just good buness sense (3) when it comes to ground water, we all agree it has to be protected, no one including the area farmers( the Larsons) do not want to drink contaminated water, that is a no brainer, please do some research before you make a un substatuted opinions. after all 100 years ago a farm with 50 animals was considered big
