I do understand that non-smokers want A smoke free place to go and hang out & drink just as much as smokers want the same thing. That is why you need to let busniess owners have the right to say what they want in there buildings. I would think that we should all agree with that. Your place your rules.

I think that we should let the business owners make the choice for there place's. They are the one that has to pay the taxes and all the other bills. It should be there choice.How would anyone of you like to have someone come in to your homes and tell you what to do. That is what you are asking the goverment to do to these bar owners.Anyone of them can open a none smoking bar anytime they want no one is stoping them.But they don't but you want the ones that do want to smoke in there bar not to beable to know who is taking the rights away form who?

I don't understand why all you people keep saying that money wont bring them back. This family is not sueing to bring them back or teach anyone anything. they are doing this strickly to get money. Free money.I do feel terrible for both of these family's but nothing is going to change what happen. I hope that the family's get some help for them self's it is hard for a parent to lose a child it is the worst pain that a parent can ever go though.

I don't belive that this is the time to be thinking of a children's museum. Also I don't have chidren and i don't want my money spent on this when at this time there are more important thing to be worry about and spend money on. Why don't we put it up to a referendum and see what everyone has to say about it or if they what it.

I really don't want anymore of are tax money on taking her to court again. I mean really how bad or eye sore can this really be.There are a lot of place's in this town that look terrible I don't see you all over them. I do agree with the fact that she has been told to do something and hasn't so skip the court thing and just rip it down or leave it alone

I do believe in educational hrs I have to do them for my Job. But I have to pay for my own room If I stay over. I have to pay for my own gas to get there & back and my boss will only pay for one meeting a year. If you are going to meetings so close we shouln'd have to pay for gas or rooms stay in your own or pay for it yourself also I have to pay for my own meals so should you. Those are the things that I would call fluff in a budget.You all could cut back If you really wanted to. Where there is a will there is a way.

I read what everyone is saying. I really don't think that we need to do any of these extra things. We really don't need to have a tunnel or children museum or a baseball park.We should take care of the things that need to be fixed first then work on those things at a later and time.

Oh I so agree with whatever. I am just above low income and could use all those things to help me out but don't qualifie. I think that they need to look at those income levels and change them.

So Hanna you think that business owners don't want smoking in there bar's just because they make more money with smokers? your right smokers spend more money. Also not all smokers are rude. I smoke & I have asked my non-smoking friends if I'm bothering them they have told me that I am pretty good around them. No one says that you have to go to that br that has smoking. I still think that even smokers you still have place's to also go and have a few drinks and hang out. I hate to tell you this but we are humans also we are not the dirt under your shoes. We also work and pay taxes we still should have some rights. Just like I said that you should also.Let the owners deside for them self's
