legalize simple possession of mj. inherently, the often accompanied crimes of possession will go away.

so, if we were to legalize, and control who gets it, wouldnt that eliminate the underground trafficking? and thus those pesky people willing to break the law further.
those that think pot should be outlawed based upon their teachings from law enforcement, and other such slanted points of view(read:dare\refer madness), should inform themselves with the subject before preaching.
