What are the chances of passing a city ordinance prohibiting the use of cellphones while driving? EVERY DAY on my way to or form work I have a close call with someone else driving while yakking. This has got to stop! What can possibly be so important that it can't wait until you pull over? I can't think of a call to or from anyone that takes precedence over a human life.
