On Highway 11 bypass project takes a hit

Hwy H, (184) is overloaded with heavy loaded trucks, semi-trucks, cement trucks... It is not bulit to accomodate this usage, the road is quite narrow in spots and un-passable almost in entirety. Cannot handle additional use plus it's now bicycle season and Hwy. H must be on the Bike Trail, so it seems.

I think those are brake-lights at the stoplight, was still the "circuit" back then..

Love Woolworths, all the animals in the basement to view, like a little zoo. The cafe was great:cheese cake, fish sandwiches..apple dumplings(my Mom's favorite) and the greatest waitresses(I remember Joanie). A by-gone era, never to return. Downtown Janesville was so much fun, all the great stores to shop in..great memories.

This article got me thinking and I printed out the "Alphabetical Index of Wi State Agencies".
Under "E" alone there is:
Employee Management - Employee Trust Funds, Dept of - Employment Relations Comission- Employment Relations, Office of State and under "L-P" there is Office of State Employment Relations (same thing, no?). Seems like a great place for house cleaning from "A to Z."

Apparently Senator Kohl is OK with cut and run tho, as in "if I don't get my way anymore, I'm gonna take my ball and go to Illinois." Good..I hope they stay there!

2010 brought a decisive increase in property taxes (education)for Edgerton School District tax payers. There is no going to that well again. Never good to see anyone lose their job. Would review of benefit contracts may be in order?
