On Should the city of Janesville reopen the upper road in Riverside Park?

Why does the golfer think they can keep the road closed, the park is supported by the taxpayers the golf players are only a small % of the taxpayers. When the road was closed, I do not beleive that it was supposed to be closed all time. Open it up and if there is trouble then close it again. The shelters and wadeing pool would be nice to use again.

The people in rock county own the land at 51 and 14. There is appox.300 and some acres, take a 100 acres for the fair and sell the other 200 and some acres to pay to move the fair grounds and build what is needed.

There should be a clause that would allow teenage drivers to have more than one other teenager in the car at one time. The limit should be set at two at any given time.

On Should the Janesville city council allow Rotary Gardens to charge admission?

I would like to see the admission charge of two dollars for adults and one dollar for childen over 12 to the age of 18. With a five dollar charge there are many people that cannot afford that much. Senior over 65 should be able to get in as ofter as the like for a fee of 5 dollars a month. How is this fee going to be collected? I hope that the people there will find a way without hiring a person.
