How is he able to live at that address on Sunshine in Beloit, thats near an elementary school. Are these judges retarded? Wasn't he seen near schools with a knife and handcuffs in his van? He doesn't need his van anymore he can just go across the street to pick up kids as they get out of school and take them to his house. I hope to God I don't ever see him near my house or my childrens school because it won't be the police that he'll have to worry about!
