Once again lsj64 you have proved yourself a fool. You know nothin about the criminal justice system. Go do some research then make comments about the subject. I wish you could have seen the evidence against this man. It does not come down to the evidence it comes down to the ability of the prosecutors to present it. Illinios prosecutors are just as foolish as you.

No one else commited this crime. The Illinios DA did not focus enough time or man power on this case. I really wish people would stop treating the ex-girlfriend like a victim. She was involved and told no one! She is just as much a murderer as this man. I know because I sat through this trial. My family was heartbroken by the loss of my brother in-law. He was the glue that held us together. Almost three years later and I still lose sleep. So never suggest that this man is not guilty. It was people like you (lsj64) that were not educated enough to see the facts when put in front of their face.

I sat through every excruciating day of that trail. The prosecutors did not do their job to the best of their ability. It took them two years to collect a mountain of evidence against this man and a few days to mess up the case. Now my nephews have no father and my sons have no uncle, and no one was punished for it. I am grateful to the state of Wisconsin for trying to bring this murderer to justice.

Tra'Vel Hester was a good man and a wonderful father! Illinios dropped the ball because they believed that Maggie Cox was a victim and not a murderer! She was just as responsible for my brother in-laws death as Raymond Williams. I am grateful that the state of Wisconsin is still trying to make him pay for the devestation that man brought to my family.

She should be charged as an accomplice, you are absolutely correct. She was no Tra'Vels girlfrien. In fact she only knew him 8 days. She wasn't even important to her.
