SWEET! This guy was such a waste of taxpayer money, not to mention the time wasted by both the 911 center and jvpd looking for this guy/these emergencies. People please take note, all calls were individually investigated and checked on - per policy.

Wow...I just got online and saw this. Art was a joy to work with and was always respectful of the dispatchers at Rock County 911. My prayers are with his family. Rock County lost one of it's finest.

This is a tragedy for the family. In reality, a restraining order isn't worth the paper it's printed on. It wouldn't have prevented this. He would've found a way around it. IMHO, the only thing she could've possibly done to escape this would've been to leave and hide with family members or a domestic violence shelter. So sad.

Who cares if this was a "drug" dog? It's still a living breathing thing. Imagine the torture this dog must've gone thru!!!!
This was a horrific act that this woman should be punished for, to the full extent of the law. We all know that won't happen though.
People like this MAKE ME SICK!
