On Janesville City Council approves 2008 budget

If it has actually come down to maintaining the Tallman House or the city parks, how can the city council possibly justify spending millions on another park---especially a water park when such facilities have a history of not being able to support themselves. And how can the city council defend purchasing a part of Janesville history only to tear it down to build another park.
