What good are these laws? Nothing is ever done to the bully's. Why do the victims of crimes get punnished and not happens to the people who commit these crimes

How stupid can our law enforcement be. If you are following the law on a bicycle, you would have to use one hand to do a turn signal. A couple of weeks ago a got ticketed for having snow on my license. This is winter.

I'm puzzled and currious about something. With all of this talk about car, bus and bicycle safety, why aren't motorcyclists required to wear a helmet or a seatbelt? It seems to me they are just as dangerous as these others.
