heatherpink17- please explain to me how Shaun being released has anything to do with the ROCK COUNTY SHERIFF'S OFFICE?? If you read the article you would know Crisis Intervention released him, which is located in the Health Care Center, not the Sheriff's Office. And Edgerton Police Department took all of the calls concerning their issues, not the Rock County Sheriff's Office........

Does anyone understand the phrase, "when there's a will there's a way?" Who's to say that with years of theropy that this situation would have ended up exactly the same. I really can't stand when people want to blame the system for not helping him. Crisis intervention and police agencies do what they can, they cannot prevent these things from happening. I feel awful for the families of both parties.

It's funny how in this situation the husband is to blame but when it comes to the Vordermann's it was Edgerton Police Department and Crisis Interventions fault that the husband shot his wife. What if the Janesville Police Department and Crisis Intervention were involved in the Menxhiqi's problems? Would everyone still be blaming the husband? Doubt it!! People make choices everyday and need to be accountable for their actions.
