How pathetic!!! Here we go again..We will be paying More taxes for the idiots who CHOOSE there addiction. Little punk.. I hope that he doesn't get a hand slap for stealing from hard working people. I don't feel one bit sorry for him or his family. Grow up and take on some responsibilty and maybe I'll soften. Otherwise.... sit your loser $#%^# in jail and rot for all I care. We have to pay for him either way. Why a poshy treatment center?? He's just going to go back out and use again anyway and steal from us again. Lock em up and throw the key away.

I hope that they have record drug busts this year!!! I still have to chuckle to myself when I think of that ignorant inmate who eats from his crack.... Oh Boy life must be good up there at the Rock County Jail. hmmmmmmm I wonder what his alternative would have been? I wish I was the nurse shoving that tube down his stomach. I suppose he is still whining about how those mean cops took him to the hospital and that those $%^# nurses scooped his cocaine out of his stomach.. Whatever drug they are using and dealing, the crimes are going up and these losers are costing us tax payers wayyyyyyy too much money.. They are beyond being reformed so here we are stuck with these losers. If they hadn't gotten that loser up to ER he would have died from an overdose.

Oh Boy!! Well Mr. Hutchins should check himself into a treatment center. After all, he was just convicted of his third drunk driving charge by a jury trial. It is apparent, he has problems accepting responsibility for his actions. I see too, He must of lawyered up real good, because he is now appealing his third drunk driving conviction. Maybe he doesn't want to have another criminal offense on his record. Maybe he should just quit drinking altogether. Or maybe he should just go to AA. I'm certain he will continue to abuse the system in the future. This man is dangerous. He beats on Women.. CCAP him. He is dangerous. Domestic Abuse Charges, Drunk Driving Charges and Now he threatens to kill our Rock County Law Enforcement Officers. I'd say he should be locked up for a very very long time and they don't mention how he was going to kill himself but albeit he had to forfeit his guns on those domestic charges, so hmmm is he still packing a gun after all of that...Sounds like a Federal Violator as well. What a loser.. Lock him up and throw away the key..

mrsbarkeep, I can not believe that they put you in jail over a library book you paid for.. HAVE THEY GONE COMPLETELY NUTS!!! Sorry that happened, but the lil puppy who has 16 cases against him. Hmmmmmmm what happened to our "rehab. program" hmmmmmm I say lock his #$% up and throw away the #$# key. That's they way of it. Then Charge them by making them pick up garbage along roads, and make them shovel for the county and city.. Sidewalks of elderly, shutins.. Make em earn there keep.
