On Man accused again of stalking Fairest of the Fair

Yes, Joe is mentally ill. Before his illness struck, Joe was the nicest, most cleancut and handsome, and one of the smartest guys you could know. I remember in high school he won a contest as the best math student in Walworth County. He was my best friend through high school and college, and I mourn our lost years of companionship stolen by his illness. So, while you are all deservedly aghast at his erratic behavior, I doubt VERY much that he has ever done a mean thing in his life. Mental illness is a disease, and in Joe's case, it had nothing to do with taking drugs or any bad decisions on his part.
