don't ever bash union labor, it was the UAW that built this town and the workers in it....strikes are only done when abosolutely neccessary....should we just forget it and start working like we're non-union?

they used biblical verses to validate:
-slavery
-segregation
-apartheid
-the holocaust

Any Brewers fan who didnt think Prince was going was living on another planet. . . Prince wanted a long term deal and big money and he got it with Detroit, they will be able to continue being an important team to beat in the AL. I'm sure that somewhere in his contract there are stipulations regarding his weight or health (given that Billy Beane of "Moneyball" fame considered him too fat, even for Oakland) he could easily eat himself out of the league, that along with his knees. He is charlie hustle, he gives it his all despite his size, but in time it will wear down. He will play 1st base for the Tigers when he can but I can't see him being their 1st baseman for the latter part of his new contract.
