"We've argued many casino jobs offer low pay". I have seen what the Gazette pays some of their people. I know some people who would fight over some of these jobs. Nothing is ever mentioned about the dozens of people sitting around the gambling machines in the bars or taverns all day and night. If you don't want to go to a casino, stay home. Once it does open, go look at all the Illinois plates in the parking lot as they will stop on their way up north. Build it and they will come.

They were once calling for 7" of snow. Then Walker said, lets take some of that snow and add to the insurance fund. Now we are down to 6" of snow. Then he said, lets take some of that snow and put it in the pension fund.Now we are down to 5" of snow. But wait, we will take some of the extra snow and give it out as a bonus to non union workers. I don't know if it is Walkers fault or not, but I predict when it's all said and done we will get about 2-4 inches of snow.

Tax the 5 gambling machines that each of the bars and bowling alleys have and we could take a huge dent out of our deficit. These are illegal but they just keep turning their heads the other way. Just build the damn thing. If you don't want to go to it, stay home.
