I am looking forward to SHINE ramping in to production. I think it will infuse money in to the Janesville/Beloit economy.

No Braun in the line up today.

Coincidence?
.
As for his speech last night in the locker room, very cleverly delivered.
.
“I’ve already addressed everything related to the Miami situation. I addressed it in spring training. I will not make any further statements about it,” he said.
“The truth has not changed,” he said.
.
I say what IS the truth? Once his suspension starts will he finally fess-up or stick to his story?
On Hot air balloon company only one of its kind in Rock County

I was right there when the balloon hit the power lines. Tense moment and note to balloon operators that run in to power lines, do not pull the balloon off the wires yourself. Wait for the utility company to arrive. Luckily in this case the fuses blew when the balloon contacted the primary conductors. That line is a 12.4KV,3 phase line and if even one of those lines was still energized when the balloon was being pulled down, we would not be reading this happy article right now.

This is a very sore subject for me because I see society pushing men out I guess with the assumption men don't matter and have nothing to contribute anyway.
.
I don't know how many parent teacher conferences I've been to over the years for my 5 kids. Almost without exception I may as well been invisible because the teacher would only address and make eye contact with my wife I'm sure because the teacher assumed I knew nothing or didn't care. I cook, I clean, I do car and house repairs, I take care of the lawn, and I have always cared for my kids from day 1. The notion that men are not needed goes right along with no respect. I am sick and tired of men being minimized as an important member of the family structure. Sure, there are plenty of deadbeat dads just like there are plenty of deadbeat mothers. But dads have the stigma that they are more interested in sitting on the couch watching sports while mom is running the world. This is not true for many many men I know. I'm so fired up about this topic right now that I think the next time I'm at Woodman's with my wife and we run in to someone we know and that person looks at my wife and says "oh, you must be so busy with your house and kids" I think I might just smash a carton of eggs over their head.
