The 17 year old didn't beat up the 13 year old, it says right in the article..the two 16 year olds did.

i dont think that its the parents fault in this situation, this isn't really about the parenting..this just shows how heartless some kids can be, what they all got i think they deserved and, i hope they all have to pay for it big time.

I mean come on you're all adults acting like the immature kids that do this stupid stuff. People make mistakes, people do stupid stuff. That's how everybody learns, is from there mistakes. This doesn't mean that the parents are bad parents just because, there children do stupid things.
