Being an alum of Big Foot I had hoped the Chiefs could have repeated with another Division 3 Championship, but it was not to be. The Chiefs were outplayed by the Cardinals. Both teams had exceptional seasons, and for that they should be congratulated, but the Cardinals were the better team yesterday.

Congratulations to Brodhead/Juda for a well played game. I tip my hat to the players and coaching staff for a job well done. On to Madison! Here's hoping the Cardinals defeat Kewaunee and bring the Division 3 State Championship back to the Rock Valley Conference for another year.

@ spark - The tax cuts have never helped stimulate job growth, they didn't during the Reagan years and they didn't during the eight years of Bush II. The last time there was real job growth was during the Clinton years when the taxes of the wealthy were raised. If they don't have a reason to invest to stay away from taxation, they won't. Simple as that.
