Personally I think this goes way beyond "lap dancing" . To be charged with prostitution means 1-a price is set and 2- a sex act is agreed upon. Im sure JPD doesnt release ALL the information and that there is more to it than what they are saying.

seems as if everyones got there own opinion...so here goes. Me being a single mother of 5, I have NEVER had to go to work anywhere where I have to take off my clothes and degrade myself. I dont believe there is any excuse for a place like that. This place is has no class once so ever. You dont have to go into see that. The place dont even check everyones ids. Teenagers sneak in through a back door. (So Ive been told) Go to a big city and see the difference of "strip clubs" This place is a joke and is doing nothing but causing problems...get rid of it. I could go on and on but I wont waste my time. Just putting in my two cents if anyone cares

Kudos to fisherhouse3...I totally agree. Obviously no one missed the money and the drug dealers arent gonna say..."HEY thats my money". I am a single mother of 5 and I cant honestly say I would have said a word. I would spend it faster than what they could trace it, God will provide and I believe he has here. Give it back to them just for GP.

I received one of these last summer. I am not on disability nor a sucker. I am educated and work a 40hr+ workweek. This could happen to anyone. I didn't fall for it but the thought of winning and holding the check in your hand makes you think about winning for a minute. Especially if you have run across hard times. So why do people have to criticize and call her names. That is not fair.
I personally believe that these scammers get names off the internet somehow. Maybe they buy mailing lists?????? Or they could be hackers??? There are a million possibilities....

Let me rephrase that. I agree with the Riverside park comment...I WOULD be nice to save Lions beach, but can you really see that happening? It hasnt been done after all these years. BTW, anyone know when Lions Beach first opened?

I agree with Long_Time_Gone....I grew up in Janesville and periodically bless janesville with our presence:) A few years ago we went to Riverside Park and noticed how bad it looked. Very disappointed that the wading pool was no longer in operation. The park was overgrown and looked awful. As a kid that was one of my favorite places to fish, wade in the pool, watch waterskiers. Lions beach has always been a "hole", everytime you turn around it was being closed for algae or bacteria or something to that effect. Maybe lions should be torn down since obviously over the years things havent changed for the good. Riverside on the other hand really should be kept up. It can be a beautiful park. Its a shame that it hasnt been kept up. Palmer Park looks great the last time I was there. But maybe instead of spending ALL the money there...spread some over to the other side of town to riverside. Palmer is good for the time being.....But thats my opinion
