For starters, there wasn't any CELL PHONES INVOLVED IN THIS ACCIDENT! The stoplight was yellow about to change red the suv was turning up Inman, from heading south on Riverside, and was almost through the intersection when the light turned red. I looked at the suv then looked back at the light as it was turning red, in that split second i heard a loud crash. I look over, the suv is facing the Northbound traffic and i couldn't figure out why. At that time i seen the two people that were on the motorcyle laying on the ground. It took me a minute to realize that something this bad had happened. I'm assuming that the motorcycle was gaining speed to make it through the intersection before it turned red as well. Either way this is a devastating accident to witness, and even to hear about.
This was the most horrifying thing that I have ever witnessed in MY life! And people need to think before speeding through changing traffic lights. It may just save someones life.
And to the family of Micheal & Britannie Rounds, my prayers go out to you and your loved ones.
And to the Driver of the SUV, for having to live with this haunting you everyday.

the sad part is that this is the father of my nephews and he deserves everything that he gets and i hope he never gets out of jail. i hope he rots.
