On Incumbents untouched by controversial issues

I think the person who called the Stan Milam show was right. She said she didn't vote "first time in 57 years" because it doesn't do any good. Look back leaders of Jvl. It took 3 times but they got the High School Referendum through and now we have 2 Field Houses. (They "the people that wanted them field houses) kept at it even though the citizens voted no. What about Marshall Middle School getting a swimming pool that the people voted no. What about the updates at Jefferson school. They have 6 or 7 rooms they don't even use. Real good planning. And know you wonder why people are throwing up their arms and saying the heck with it.
